Regular toothpaste can also be accompanied but this will leave your lips dry.

Instead of brush, use a soft or a cotton cloth. Wet the cloth a little and gently wipe your lips. Also notice, that the cloth is not rough on your soft lips. You can also wipe using a toothpaste.
c) Exfoliate With A Home Made Scrub:

The next step after exfoliation is moisturization. Regular nourishment avoids dryness of the lips. A good lips balm with SPF protection is a good option to humidify the lips.Moisturized lips are protected from harmful rays and pigmentation. Moisturize them afterexfoliation and before going to bed. Do use a lip balm before putting lipstick as some lipsticks are dry and may chap your lips.
4. Get Rid Of Pigmentation

Here is briefly explained the process:
- Apply a good SPF lip balm. Allow it to settle down. Use a lip liner to shape your lips. Apply a little foundation with your finger tip on your lips.
- Now, apply a layer of lipstick with a lip brush. Applying lipstick with a brush gives uniformity. Sprinkle some talcum powder on your lips to make the layer settle and let lipstick stay longer.
- Swipe a few more time for another layer of lipstick but doesn’t thicken it.. A thick layer will easily fade but thin multiple layers last long.
- Remove the excess lipstick with the help of a tissue by gentle dabbing. Use a good lip gloss of almost the same shade of your lipstick.
