Take Fibrous Diet

Fiber is an important part of every diet. It is essential because it is very helpful in digesting the food and helping it throw out of our system in a natural and easy way. You can enjoy regular bowels and stay healthy by including fiber inn your diet. It can either be in the form of salad or fruits.

Both insoluble and soluble fiber is necessary for the body. Fiber reduces the risk of colon cancer; blood sugar and cholesterol.

Follow a Diet Routine

Smoking, excess intake of caffeine and liquor interferes proper functioning of digestive system. It may also lead to stomach ulcers and heartburn.

Increase Water In-take

Drink adequate amount of water and stay hydrated. Water resolves many digestion problems. Fats and Fiber are easily dissolved and move through the body easily.

Manage Stress

Too much stress or anxiety may result to indigestion. Try to reduce stress by doing activities you enjoy and practice them on a regular basis.
