Hypnotherapy – Though there is no proof that this method actually works on morning sickness, yet some women justifies this method in treating vomiting caused by anxiety, fear and stress.
Acupuncture – This method uses needles to treat nausea but it might also cause some skin irritation. If you want to go for this treatment, you have to approach an acupuncture therapist.
Reflexology – Though reflexology is also a method but it should be done only by an experienced practitioner or else it may worsen the symptoms.

Be Slow While Moving Out of Bed
When you get up in the morning, don’t hush. Be slow. First sit and then after a few seconds get up. Speed will help you feel more stabilized.
Avoiding Large Meals
Avoid large meals as they are difficult to digest. Instead of large meals, chose small and frequent meals and eat at least 5-6 times a day.
Careful choice of Food
Consume low fat foods and avoid spicy and fried items or else you’ll end throwing up. Remember not to lie down immediately after eating as it slows down the digestion process and leads to nausea.
Avoid Smelly Foods
Avoid consuming foods whose smell does not appeal you and try to have food which are cold or at room temperature because hot food will have stronger aroma which might trigger vomiting.
Never Stay Empty Stomach
Since empty stomach is one of the causes for morning sickness, eat something whenever you feel nauseated. Moreover, grab some snacks as you wake up and get out of bed only about half an hour after you’ve done eating.
Ginger Tea and Herbal Tea
Consuming ginger tea during nausea helps to lower down the vomiting sensation and makes you feel better. Moreover Herbal tea i.e. tea made using lemon, chamomile and peppermint also serves the same purpose.

Morning sickness can also be prevented by drinking water after every 1 hour as it reduces the concentration of acids in the stomach and reduces nausea.

Chewing fennel seeds during morning sickness also reduces the vomiting sensation. It is preferred to keep some fennel seeds near your bed so that you can have them as soon as you feel nauseated.
Lemon
